YOUR ASSIGNMENT - ACTIVE REST DAY:

You made it through the week! Take a break from strenuous workouts to give your body some much needed recovery time with an active rest day. That doesn't mean sit on the couch eating potato chips and drinking beer though. Stay active! Go for a hike, play a pickup game of basketball, play tag with your kids at a park. Remember, not only is activity good for your muscles, it's good for your mental health too.
