What equipment do I need for Gritty Reps workouts? We try to keep our workouts basic so as not to require a full gym. We recommend having a minimum of a securely fastened pull-up bar and securely fastened resistance bands. Ideal workouts will also include a barbell, free weights, a few assorted dumbbells and an occasional medicine ball. We also love and recommend push-up stands and ab rollers but those are completely optional!
